In seeking ways to guide, uplift and inspire others to move beyond where they have been in order to experience and become something greater, and in desiring to build a world that works for everyone, I am delighted to offer a new Integrative Business Coaching Service. 

 

This incorporates the guiding principles of Heart Centered Integrative Therapy and transfers them into a relational business model.

When applied to any business or organisation to instigate positive change that will work for everyone, the outcome is one of renewal and expansion, harmony and joy in experiencing more synergy in the team and allows for a much more satisfying exchange of energy that will produce better results in dealing with your customers or clients and members of staff through more interconnectedness. 

 

Not only will you get your own Therapist but so will all your staff! This will be to look at better ways of being in doing business and no one will be exempt from reaping the benefits. This is because understanding our ways of relating with others and how to improve this and our understanding of both our own and others needs, is crucial in business now in order to succeed. Everyone takes response–ability and plays their part in this so everyone will get Involved in this process. However you first need to understand more about why your present way of being in the doing is not working as you would like and be willing to let these outworn ways go. 

 

Though the aim will be how to increase interest in what you can provide for others to benefit from in order to increase turn over, the difference will come in understanding that its not about what you can get! Instead the focus will be on what you can give to others. In so doing it will become evident that this is actually what will allow you to get more of what each of you wants in the roles you each play and what part of the whole you each take 'RESPONSE - ability' for. 

 

Difficulties experienced out there will be evident internally also in your business and must be taken into consideration and addressed in order to change outcomes. Remember however that change begins within… YOU will need to BE the change that you are desiring , as will ALL the members of your team, to move forward into a better way of being in doing business!

N.B. I would be very happy also to work alongside other business coaches and business owners in an advisory capacity and/or to intercede where required in order to find resolution in difficult situations e.g. with particularly difficult members of staff using therapeutic guidance and know how to achieve required outcomes. This collaboration must however have the INtention at HEART to be for the GOOD OF ALL INvolved.
